1. NEPS-SC1-ADIAB: The National Educational Panel Study (NEPS), Starting Cohort 1 (SC1) survey data linked to administrative data of the IAB (NEPS- SC1-ADIAB) is now available

The survey data of the National Educational Panel Study (NEPS), Starting Cohort 1 (SC1) survey data are collected on behalf of the Leibniz Institute for Educational Trajectories e.V. (LIfBi) in Bamberg. The new data product ‘NEPS-SC1 survey data linked to administrative data of the IAB’ (NEPS-SC1- ADIAB) is provided jointly by the LIfBi and the IAB. Data access is provided by the FDZ at the IAB via on-site use and remote data access. The data product covers administrative data from 1975 to 2017 and NEPS data.

2. IAB-SOEP-MIG: The sixth wave (2018) of the IAB-SOEP Migration Sample is available now

The new wave 2018 of the IAB-SOEP Migration Sample is available now. The working tools have been updated and can be downloaded from our homepage.

3. IAB-BAMF-SOEP Survey of Refugees: The third wave (2018) of the IAB-BAMF- SOEP Survey of Refugees is available now

The new wave 2018 of the IAB-BAMF-SOEP Survey of Refugees is available now. The working tools have been updated and can be downloaded from our homepage.

4. IAB Job Vacancy Survey: Survey data until the third quarter 2018 now available

A new wave of the IAB Job Vacancy Survey is now available. The extended dataset now covers the period from the fourth quarter of 2000 until the third quarter of 2018.

From wave 2010 a record-linkage with administrative data of the Establishment History Panel (BHP) is available for all establishments of the IAB Job Vacancy Survey.

For this update, all working tools (data report, codebooks) have been revised as well and can be found at https://fdz.iab.de/en/FDZ_Establishment_Data/IAB_Job_Vacancy_Survey/IAB_SE0017.aspx

Previous versions of the data are still available upon request in the archive of the Research Data Center for replicating the results of existing projects.

We recommend to prepare programs for research visit on the basis of our test data and documentations, thus providing for efficient use of the visit. Please upload your programs using JoSuA ('Presentation / Publication' mode) no later than 3 business days before the visit.
